Brank's BBQ & Catering: Authentic BBQ Experience in Sumner, WA

Tons of people visiting out of country always ask me to feed them real American food. I didn't know where to take them until I found Branks. From atmosphere, music, decorations and vibe to a quality and amazingly tasty food this place solved my issue. I take friends here all the time and never heard a single bad thing. It's always only amazement.

WOW! What an awesome BBQ place to have in the greater Seattle area! The ambiance reminded me of Sunday brunch with Grandmom, the Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, the cowboy beans could be a meal of their own, and BOY that brisket just melted in my mouth! My husband Jon and I moved to Seattle from Tennessee 5 years ago and to have a little taste of home so close by is amazing! we will be using Branks food truck for a 3,000 person Summit this coming September. thank you all!

Yum! Great food great service, I love the homey ambiance and no frills delicious food. And the dirt cake, omg so good! Will definitely be back.

Finally a BBQ place that wasn't disappointing! All the sides were good-fries, beans, mac and cheese, slaw and potato salad. Also really like that they have a BBQ chicken sandwich. The staff has always been pleasant and friendly.

This is a strong BBQ joint. Highlight for me was the pork ribs. Good smoke and great flavor. The chicken and brisket were also good. The thing that impressed me most was the fact everything was good. Sweet potato fries, Mac and cheese....everything. Most BBQ options have one or two selections that don't measure up. This place was very consistent.

Sumner WA Wanted to try this place a few times but always missed out. Not today. Three meat combo and after reading the reviews I made sure to ask for fatty side on the brisket. Not disappointed as it was tender and juicy. The chicken was smoked properly and flavorful, same with the ribs. I liked the baker and it was loaded. Probably will ask for it without the extra meat added. Slaw perfect. Cornbread was so good but wish it was a little bigger. No matter I'll get an extra next time. Really glad I tried them.

It's been awhile since I've been here for lunch. Decided to make a stop for lunch and it was still one of my favorites for bbq. Though I wasn't hungry enough for baby back ribs, I chose the pulled pork sandwich. That is actually IMO much more filling than the ribs would've been. It was so good that i ask myself why we don't come often enough? When you find this place you're going to probably know the answer to my question lol. It's probably because of its location, if you don't ever drive by the area....like ever! My kid loved his meal!! He repeated it several times how he loved everything about it!! He usually doesn't say too much, just eats. He doesn't always like potatoes but he really enjoyed the baked potato. The cornbread is always something I look forward to having and everything else was still satisfying. Service is also very friendly, quick and attentive. It has a little dark ambiance but certain parts are brighter with the sun shining through. Too bright for me today. So we chose the dark corner hahaha!

We've been meaning to come here for a while and finally made it. The space is much bigger inside than what you would expect, and the service is good and pleasant. I like the St Louis style ribs (dry rub, not bbq messy) but they were a bit dry. The baked beans (they call them cowboy beans) are excellent. Seriously, best in class. Food 3 of 5 Service 5 of 5 Ambiance 3 of 5 I wish they had a bar, and that they were located in a less industrial area.

I've only had all 3 of their sandwiches and I love them all! The Sweet Onion and BBQ Brisket are both my go-to and the bbq has a great flavor. I always go pulled pork and love how flavorful and juicy the meat is, just writing this review had my mouth watery. As far as the sides go both the normal cut and sweet potato waffle fries are great! The beans are good but not great and sadly the potato salad is my least favorite (and I love potato salad). If you're in the area and craving some BBQ then give them a try!
